MARY BENSON WHEN SHE COMPETES IN THE PARALYMPICS!!
IT'S Party Time !!
WHEN: March 6, Saturday Evening
WHERE: Elephant Walk Pub, 41st
and Knight St., Vancouver
TIME: 6 PM
TICKET PRICE: $20 per person
WHY: To Celebrate Mary and to
give her a warm send off to Whistler for the Paralympic Games. A
couple of Mary's friends got together and organized this party.
It is also a fundraiser. In case you don't know, Mary was not a
funded athlete so much of the costs of the past 4 years in her journey
into the Paralympics rested on her and her partner Kathy's shoulders,
both now on disability pensions.

Mary played women's fastpitch softball for years in the Mable League.
Part of the Ticket goes to Mary and the rest goes to the Pub for
the food. Each ticket entitles
you to a Burger of your choice (Beef, Chicken or Veggie), Fries
and a Beverage (non-alcohol, beer or wine) and many chances for
fantastic door prizes and one grand prize draw.
There will also be a silent auction.
As well there will be great entertainment
with some amazing local artists. We hope you can join
us in this night of friendship, family, fun and Celebration.
