2009 - CELEBRATING
THE 16th
ANNUAL WOMEN'S
WINTER FAIRE
This
popular annual Women's Winter Faire is not your typical crafts fair.
Housed in a beautiful old heritage building with large columns and
high ceiling, the Women's Winter Faire has gained a solid
reputation over the past 15 years for the quality, beauty, and uniqueness
of gifts and products for sale, made by many of BC's gifted women
artisans, artists and craftswomen from Vancouver, the Lower Mainland,
Vancouver Island, the Gulf Islands, and BC's interior.
The Faire has a bustling village market atmosphere, where
friends meet, browse and shop, and stop at the in-house cafe for
coffee and a delicious paninni or desserts to die for. It's the
place to be the last weekend of November, and the weekend before
Christmas. New and returning vendors each weekend! Look for eco-friendly
wares, recycled materials made into one-of-a kind pieces of jewelery
and clothing. Shop locally! Support BC women artisans! See you at
the Faire!!
A list of participating vendors and their websites will be posted
here nearer to the Faire date(s).
